Upstairs of home has three large bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. First master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds with ensuite bathroom. Third bedroom has 1 queen, 1 double bed, one bunk bed with double and single beds. Upstairs sleeps 11 people. Large living room and dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, stove/oven, garbage disposal, blender, regular and Keurig coffee pots. Four smart televisions with free WIFI. Plank flooring in the entire home. Back balcony is located off one of the master bedrooms. Balcony and front porch both have furniture for guests to relax. Homeowner is putting a game room in the garage area. No smoking and No pets allowed. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, pickleball court, shuffleboard court and two tennis courts. Golf carts can be rented through the Oceanside Village Office. Linens are not included but can be purchased.
