Downstairs unit has two large bedrooms and sleeps 4. First bedroom has 1 king bed and second bedroom has 2 double beds. Full bathroom that both bedrooms share. Large living room with dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven and dishwasher. Three bar stools at the kitchen area for guests to use. Three smart televisions and free WIFI. Back patio has furniture and owner installed a hot tub for guests to use.. Garage was converted into a game room that includes, pool table, ping pong table, dart board, ring toss game, lave screen television, couch and heating and air conditioning. No smoking and No pets allowed. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, bocce ball, pickleball and tennis courts. Golf carts can be rented from the Oceanside Village Office. Linens are not included but can be purchased.
