Lower level has a patio to enjoy overlooking pond. Home has 2 smart televisions. Free WIFI. Front porch has furniture to relax after a day at the beach. Back porch is off the living room and comes with furniture. Wood floors in main living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. No smoking and No pets allowed.
