New on the program for 2024. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home. Home sleeps 9. Hardwood floors in the main living area. Bedrooms have carpet. Living room has a large l-shaped sofa to accommodate all guests. Living room also has a separate chair and loveseat for additional seating. Flat screen television is also in living room. Dining room table has seating for eight. Two stools are at the kitchen. Kitchen is very large with refrigerator with icemaker, stove/oven, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, regular coffee pot, Keurig coffee pot and electric can opener. Master bedroom has a queen bed with closet, television and dressers. Ensuite master bathroom boasts a large corner garden tub with separate shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed with closet, television and dressers. Third bedroom has two single beds, closet, television and dressers. Ceiling fans thru out the home. Side by side washer and dryer. Pack N Play for guests to use. Beach chairs and umbrella also available for guests. Outside has a huge wrap around deck that has furniture and gas grill. The porch overlooks canal. Concrete driveway. Enjoy the Oceanside Village Community the includes private beach parking that includes bathrooms and showers, indoor pool, two outdoor pools with splash area for the kids. Also renters can use playground, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, two bocce ball courts, pickleball court and two tennis courts. Golf carts can be rented thru Oceanside Village. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.
