3 Bedroom 2 Bath home right down the street from outdoor pools. Master bedroom has 1 queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has two twin beds. Sleeps 6. Fully furnished. Kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, icemaker, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee pot, dishes, pots and pans and silverware. Washer and dryer are also at the home for renters to use. Ceiling fans through out the home. Carolina room to enjoy the sun. Concrete driveway with carport. Gas grill and outdoor furniture. Home is for a long term tenant only. Must pass background check and credit check and total cost is $25.00 to run reports. Rent will be $1800.00 per month and if renter wanted to use the owners golf cart that would be another $200.00 per month. Electric would need to be paid by the renter. Cable, internet, sewer and water is covered.
