New for 2024. Home has four bedrooms with three bathrooms. Sleeps 8. Upstairs has three bedrooms with two bathrooms and downstairs has one bedroom and one bathroom. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed with dresser and closet. Master has ensuite bathroom with shower only. Second bedroom has a queen bed with dresser. Third bedroom has two twin beds with dresser. Hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Living room has a sofa, two chairs and flat screen television on the wall. Kitchen has four bar stools to relax while dinner is being prepared. Kitchen comes with a refrigerator, icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary items to cook dinner. Dining room has seating for five. Downstairs unit has a king bed with bathroom that has a shower only. Downstairs unit also has a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and items needed to make a complete meal. Living room has two chairs and flat screen television on the wall. Both units have washer and dryers. Concrete driveway and covered parking under the house. Deck upstairs has furniture to enjoy your morning coffee. . Neighborhood amenities include, two outdoor pools with splash-pad, indoor pool, playground, basketball court, bocce ball, tennis, fishing, fitness center, golf cart rental and private golf cart parking at ocean. Great house. Had everything we needed. Quick walk to beach. Comfortable and very relaxing. We had a great time!

House was amazing, perfect size, rooms were great. Close location to the beach. Very well kept and clean. I recommend this house to anyone! My family and I will stay at this house again. Just wish golf cart was included in house no separate rental. Thank you Mary for helping us find a great vacation home!
