New for 2024. Home has four bedrooms with three bathrooms. Sleeps 8. Upstairs has three bedrooms with two bathrooms and downstairs has one bedroom and one bathroom. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed with dresser and closet. Master also has an ensuite bathroom with shower only. Second bedroom has a queen bed with dresser. Third bedroom has two twin beds with dresser. Hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Living room has a sofa, two chairs and flat screen television on the wall. Kitchen has four bar stools to relax while dinner is being prepared. Kitchen comes with a refrigerator, icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary items to cook dinner. Dining room has seating for five. Downstairs unit has a king bed with bathroom that has a shower only. Downstairs unit also has a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and items needed to make a complete meal. Living room has two chairs and flat screen television on the wall. Both units have washer and dryers. Concrete driveway and covered parking under the house. Deck upstairs has furniture to enjoy your morning coffee. Outdoor shower is also available for guests to use after being at the beach. Neighborhood amenities include, two outdoor pools with splash-pad, indoor pool, playground, basketball court, bocce ball, tennis, fishing, fitness center, golf cart rental and private golf cart parking at ocean. A great home for a large family or group of friends. Linens are not included but can but linen package can be purchased.
