New home on the program for 2024. 3 Bedroom with 2 1/2 baths. Kitchen is remodeled and includes a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, 12 cup coffee pot and Keurig coffee pot, blender and oven. Fully equipped with everything you would need to cook. Dining room has seating for six. Small table in kitchen with two additional stools. Living room has plenty of natural light with two sofas, flat screen television and a electric fireplace. Basic cable and free WIFI for guests. First bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has a double futon. Washer and dryer are also in the house for guests to use. Ceiling fans throughout. Concrete driveway. Front porch deck. Close to pools and beach!!! Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, 1 pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased. Golf carts can be rented through the Oceanside Village Office. 275
