Brand new villa just finished in 2024. Villa has three bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Sleeps 6. Master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom that has a shower only. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions. Dining room will have seating for 6. Living room is fully furnished with sofa, loveseat and chair. Flat screen television in the living room as well. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, icemaker, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, garbage disposal, blender, dual regular coffee pot and Keurig. Washer and dryer is in the villa for guests convenience. Balcony overlooks the pond and is furnished. Villa is on the second floor end unit and an elevator is available.
Villa is less then 1 mile to Surfside Beach or Garden City Beach. A shuttle does run from Memorial to Labor Day to take guests back in forth to the beach. Tupelo offers indoor and outdoor pools, a driving range, fitness center, pickleball courts, charcoal grills, disc golf, foot golf, a lit 9-hole par 3 golf course and a full 18-hole executive course. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

Loved the unit. Clean, spacious, newly decorated it seems. Perfect location to pool area and enjoyed seeing the turtles off our balcony. Only thing missing was a full length mirror to check out our outfits-lol! Would come again!
