This house was perfect for our yearly family vacation. Had plenty of room. The house having golf carts with the rental was the best. We've stayed in this community multiple times and this is one of our favorite houses.

This house was a dream to stay in! Everything was so clean, and the floor plan was amazing, plenty of room for all of us to move around! We have stayed at several properties in Oceanside Village, but this one is by far our favorite! The owners put so much care into the decor and appearance and we were grateful for the golf carts as well!

This our second time using Rose Real Estate, and they once again exceeded our expectations. The rental and check-in process was flawless and they communicated with us on any issues. We had one issue with the toilet, and a plumber came and fixed it the same day we reported it. The house itself was perfect for us, and we plan to rent it again. We also met the owners, and they are awesome. The vacation itself was a little rough because I had a medical issue that required a hospital stay, but I did have a positive experience using the medical facilities in the area.

Everything was spot on. I’ve never had a bad stay with Rose. Staff is always helpful and super pleasant. The home was super clean and beachy. The only minor issue was the lack of the golf cart that was said to come with the rental was in the shop but we all have to remember stuff happens. Not the homeowners fault or the fault of Rose. Just a stroke of bad luck no different than a rainy vacation.
