New to the program in 2024. Amazing home located in Melody Gardens that sleeps 8 comfortably. Master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen television, nights stands, dresser and large closet for storage. Ensuite bathroom includes double sinks with new tiled shower. Second bed has a queen bed with nightstand, dresser, television and closet. Third bedroom has a queen bed with nightstand, dresser, television and closet. Hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa with plenty of seating for renters. Flat screen television is on the wall. Dining room is right off the living room and kitchen area. Kitchen is fully equipped for guests to start cooking. It includes a refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, regular coffee pot and toaster. Carolina room is directly off the kitchen and is completed furnished for guests to enjoy. House has all hardwood floors. Ceiling fans through out. Concrete driveway that leads to oversize garage. Side by side washer and dryer. Free WIFI. Seating area outback with furniture and grill. Owner is allowing the use of personal golfcart to renters. No smoking or pets allowed. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, 1 shuffleboard court, 1 pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.
