VERY SPACIOUS HOME IN THE KEYS!! 3 bedroom, 3 bath - 2 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Double Sleeper Sofa *sleeps 8* 6 TVs, TV in living room is 42" HDTV; DVD. Living room has a sofa, love seat, chair and two new chairs for 2023. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, icemaker, coffee pot and blender plus more extras. Separate dining room that seats 6. Ceiling fans though out the home. Master bathroom has sunken tub for relaxing after a day at the beach and separate shower. Primary suite has a queen bed. Second primary suite has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom. Third bedroom has two single beds. Additionally, a full bathroom in the hallway. Furnished Carolina room with sleeper sofa, furnished deck, gas grill, paved drive, outdoor furniture for plenty of relaxing or entertaining, *NO SMOKING* *NO PETS* Close to all conveniences and to the beach. The home is located in the Keys. Linens are not included but you can purchase linen package. Come enjoy all that Oceanside Village has to offer. Two outdoor pools, with heated hot tub, heated indoor pool, private beach parking area, two tennis courts, pickleball court, bocce ball court, playground and basketball court. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Mary at Rose Real Estate. She was phenomenal at helping me book a last minute trip (less than 3 days in the middle of summer). Great turn around time and very helpful.
Once I arrived and a few issues arose with the original rental property, Mary did not hesitate to find me an immediate replacement at 1560 Mason Circle. When I locked my family out of the rental after hours, Mary was there in less than 10 minutes to help. She checked up on me a few times throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. She is fantastic!
This property had a lot of space and was kept well. Great location close to beach. There was no golf cart included with this rental, which was ok because of the last minute booking, but that is something I would look for given more time to book.
I will return to this community in the future and will book through Rose Real Estate!

I loved this home. It was quite large. Three full bathrooms. A great extra room off the main areas which had two chairs a c s pullout love seat/ couch. You walked thru the laundry room which was actually great and had its own exit door / huge livingroom. Dining area was big and outside had three tables with two chairs each for overflow. The hope had a fully functional kitchen. We loved it !!
