The staff at Rose Real Estate treated me like family, responded quickly to my needs, and addressed them appropriately. I've been renting at this location for 2 years. as to being a senior, I feel very safe walking and enjoying the amenities they provide like water, aerobics, yoga, classes, library, etc. Also the addition to be able to rent golf carts, right in the park.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff from Rose Real Estate. They made my check-in easy when I got to the rental home. It was clean, spotless, comfortable, well-maintained, and had many amenities I didn’t expect in a rental. The homeowners should be very proud of this property and the work that they put into it.

This was our second time staying here. We like staying here because it is perfect for our family. The grands like the twin beds because not all kids like bunk beds. The porch is so nice to sit and relax from sun or rain. The coffee nook outside is our morning family gathering place to start the day. House has plenty of accessories to cook if you want.

I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Mary at Rose Real Estate. She was phenomenal at helping me book a last minute trip (less than 3 days in the middle of summer). Great turn around time and very helpful.
Once I arrived and a few issues arose with the original rental property, Mary did not hesitate to find me an immediate replacement at 1560 Mason Circle. When I locked my family out of the rental after hours, Mary was there in less than 10 minutes to help. She checked up on me a few times throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. She is fantastic!
This property had a lot of space and was kept well. Great location close to beach. There was no golf cart included with this rental, which was ok because of the last minute booking, but that is something I would look for given more time to book.
I will return to this community in the future and will book through Rose Real Estate!

I loved this home. It was quite large. Three full bathrooms. A great extra room off the main areas which had two chairs a c s pullout love seat/ couch. You walked thru the laundry room which was actually great and had its own exit door / huge livingroom. Dining area was big and outside had three tables with two chairs each for overflow. The hope had a fully functional kitchen. We loved it !!
