3 Bedroom 2 Bath Sleeps 6. 3 Queen beds. 4th room is an office space with desk. Newer kitchen and hardwood floors. Fully furnished and fully equipped with washer/dryer, microwave, ice maker, toaster and 12 cup coffee pot. Pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, baking items are all included in the kitchen. Living room has a sofa and the only television is in that room as well. Kitchen has an extra space for two more people to eat. Dining room seats six people. Master bedroom has a queen bed with master bathroom attached with stand up shower only. Second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has queen bed with 1/2 bath. Hall bathroom has a shower only. Screened porch, concrete driveway and carport. Free WIFI in home. House allows dogs under 15 pounds only and no cats. In Cul-de-sac of Kingfisher. Beautiful home only 2 streets back from the beach!!! Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

So we have had rented from this company for the last two years. Have had issues each time. We are told we can get a certain home and when we get there something has happened and they have to put us in another one. This has happened 3 times. And it happened again this time. We were put in a house that had vines growing in the window. Trash and leaves all under the home. Yards in bad shape. The floors were worse than a roller coaster ride. Curtains for closet doors. It was horrible. My wife refused so they put us in another home. This was a newly remodeled home which was a clean decent home. Only problem was they didn’t have lamps or end tables or nightstands in the entire home. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Had a sofa. No chairs. One extremely small tv in the den. No tvs in the bedrooms. One bedroom didn’t even have dresser draws. No outside furniture. And on top of that the AC would not cool the home. It was absolutely miserable every night. Extremely disappointed.

We couldn’t cool the house. Temp stayed around 79 degrees. TV was very small and there really wasn’t any else in house. ie.. blender, chair, and no beach chair. Just a plain house!!

The air conditioner was a problem. The instructions specifically said not to set it below 72. Everyday it got up to 77 inside despite being left on 72. One couch in the living room to sit on. We had 4 adults and 2 teens so there was not enough room for all of us to sit around in the living room. No dishwasher. The home was over all clean, nice, and well kept. Not bad for the price at all. However, we needed a cool house and more common area seating.
