The third bedroom offers a pyramid bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a full bed on top, along with a TV and closet.
For families traveling with young children, the home also includes a toddler day bed and Pack ’n Play for guest use.

We had a fabulous week at 258 Melody Gardens and also 256 Melody Gardens as we needed two homes to accommodate 8 adults and 7 granddaughters! The limo golf cart along with 4 seat cart were a highlight for the kids. The house is beautiful and very updated with great kitchen, extra fridge, and 2.5 bath. Very nice private backyard and outdoor seating and huge grill. Everyone loved it! Big thank you to the owners for renting their lovely beach house!

My family stayed here for the week of the 4th and to see the patriotism displayed in the village was awesome. The house was perfect as we were able to sit outside and watch the fireworks along with others in Melody Garden.
First, a huge thank you to Tina and her crew as the house was immaculate and had everything we needed for the week. Its location was quiet but yet very neighborly as I took my morning walks around. The owners used particular care in the furnishings and the golf carts were fantastic.
Lastly, for families like ours, Oceanside Village and owners like this make it an absolute privilege to stay at a place that is affordable-family oriented- and safe.
I have been coming to Oceanside for years and it just keeps getting better each passing year.

We have vacationed in Oceanside Village for over 15 years - we appreciate the two golf carts, proximity to the beach and downtown Surfside amenitites made our vacation away from the 'rat race' of the busy highway - the home is very comfortable and offers everything we need for a home away from home stay

We have been renting in Oceanside Village for over a decade and along with the amenities we have seen our kiddos grown up enjoying - this home is pretty spot on! Location is great and Rose Real Estate was very attentive to the few odd things (LR remote was missing and then the golf cart died). The house was clean for the most part - aside from the dirty shower liner in the primary bath and the freezer in the garage appears to have some mold or mildew forming. The space was great - inside and outside - and we got to know the super friendly neighbors a bit as well. Highly recommend this home to anyone new to Oceanside and to anyone who's been there - this house is a terrific option and affordable too!

Loved the well kept kitchen with large refrigerator & 2nd fridge in garage, Family size dining & kitchen had Plenty of silverware and cooking/ baking supplies & nice pantry for storage. Tolhe master bedroom had plenty of space w/closets & large bathroom. All the bedrooms are inviting. One glitch was: Patio grill for cookout: We arrived to a “very dirty grill” needing cleaning badly, so we cleaned it & used it & left it clean! Outdoor Patio table was perfect for early birds like we are & mostly enjoyed coffee & breakfast there.
The golf carts were wonderful & the beach the BEST!
Overall .... Very Nice home in beautiful neighborhood! Cannot wait to go again! beautiful memories!
