The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen television, nightstands, dresser, and a large closet for storage. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks with a garden tub. The second bed has a queen bed with a nightstand, television, and closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed and double bed, television, and closet. The owner also has a toddler day bed and pack-n-play for guests to use. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The living room has a large sectional sofa with plenty of seating for renters. A flat-screen television is on the wall. The dining room is right off the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests to start cooking. It includes a refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, regular coffee pot, blender, and toaster. Off the kitchen is the half bath as well as a walk-in pantry. The house has hardwood floors. Ceiling fans throughout. A concrete driveway leads to an oversized garage. Side by side washer and dryer. Free WIFI. Seating area outback with furniture and grill. The owner is allowing the use of two personal golf carts to renters. Linens are included with your rental. No smoking. Pets under 50 pounds. Dogs must be at least 2 years old , housebroken, and behaved. All pets must be crated while you are not at the house.
