3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home that is located the street closet to the beach. A very short walk to private beach parking lot. Sleeps 5. Master bedroom has a double bed with 1/2 bath. 2nd bedroom has double bed and third bedroom has a twin bed. All bedrooms have televisions. Full bathroom is in the hallway with shower/tub combo. Hardwood floors through out the home. Completely furnished. Living has sofa and chairs with flat screen television. Dining room has seating for six. Kitchen is completely ready for renters. It includes refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee pot and toaster. Washer and dryer are available for renters to use. Very cute front porch to relax as well as side deck that comes with furniture. Outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach. Ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy the outdoor and indoor pool facilities. free WIFI, no pets or smoking allowed. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased. Enjoy Oceanside Village Community that includes private beach parking with bathrooms and open showers, indoor pool, two outdoor pools with splash area for the kids. Also renters can use playground, volleyball, basketball, pickleball, bocce ball and tennis courts. Golf carts can be rented through the Oceanside Village Office.
