Brand new villa just finished in 2024. Villa has three bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Sleeps 6. Wonderfully decorated. Master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom that has a shower only. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions. Dining room will have seating for 6. Living room is fully furnished with sofa and three chairs. Flat screen television in the living room as well. Four barstools at kitchen counter to enjoy breakfast. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, icemaker, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, garbage disposal and Keurig. Washer and dryer is in the villa for guests convenience. Balcony overlooks the pond and is furnished. Villa is on the second floor end unit and an elevator is available.
Villa is less then 1 mile to Surfside Beach or Garden City Beach. A shuttle does run from Memorial to Labor Day to take guests back in forth to the beach. Tupelo offers indoor and outdoor pools, a driving range, fitness center, pickleball courts, charcoal grills, disc golf, foot golf, a lit 9-hole par 3 golf course and a full 18-hole executive course. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.
