The spacious primary bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser, closet, and convenient access to a full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a double bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. For added convenience, two hair dryers are provided for guest use.
The inviting living room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, while the dining area includes a table with seating for family meals or game nights. The updated kitchen showcases new countertops and stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, ice maker, Keurig, blender, and traditional coffee maker.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, three televisions, complimentary Wi-Fi, and ceiling fans throughout the home.
Just off the living room, the furnished Carolina room offers a relaxing additional living space. Step outside to the private deck, where you can unwind and enjoy beautiful lake views after a day at the beach or pool. Outdoor furniture is provided, and the home also features a concrete driveway.
Guests of Oceanside Village enjoy access to exceptional resort-style amenities, including private beach parking with bathrooms and showers, an indoor pool, two outdoor pools with a children’s splash area, playground, pickleball courts, basketball, bocce ball, and tennis courts. Golf carts are also available to rent through Oceanside Village.
Please note: This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Linens are not included but may be purchased at the time of booking. For winter guests, the owner will consider one dog weighing 40 pounds or less for extended snowbird stays.
