We are excited to share details regarding our new rental listing for 2026. This beautiful pier home features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and is conveniently located just one street from the ocean.
The property boasts hardwood floors throughout and comfortably sleeps six guests with a bedding configuration of one King, one Queen, and one Double bed. The layout includes:
- Master Bedroom: King bed with an ensuite featuring a shower.
- Queen Bedroom: Queen bed with an ensuite featuring a tub/shower combo.
- Double Bedroom: Double bed with an ensuite featuring a shower.
The home is equipped with a full kitchen including a refrigerator with an icemaker, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and stove/oven. Seating includes four bar stools along the kitchen island and a dining table that seats five. The living room offers an L-shaped sofa and a wall-mounted television. All bedrooms have televisions.
Additional amenities include:
- Large new outside deck with furniture
- Side-by-side washer and dryer
- Gas grill and ceiling fans
- Concrete driveway with parking under the home
Guests can also enjoy everything Oceanside Village has to offer, including private beachfront parking with outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pools with hot tubs, a kids' splash pad, playground, and various sports courts (volleyball, basketball, bocce ball, pickleball, and tennis).
Please note that linens are not included, but a linen package is available for purchase. Golf carts can also be rented directly from the Oceanside Village Office.
