We are pleased to share the details of our wonderful rental property. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom pier home comes fully furnished and features a beautiful lake view from a large, covered back deck complete with outdoor furniture.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, while the second bedroom features two double beds. The home is designed with an open-layout kitchen and a large bar countertop island overlooking the living room, creating a perfect environment for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen is fully outfitted with a new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and oven. For your convenience, we have also provided a 12-cup coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, and a full assortment of cookware and dining essentials.
The living area includes ample seating, and the home features three televisions with free cable and WIFI. Additional amenities include a side-by-side washer and dryer for guest use and ceiling fans throughout the home. Vehicles can be parked under the house.
The property does not come with linens but can be rented through our office. The home does not come equipped with a golf cart, but one can be rented from the Oceanside Village office. Owner also offers a 10% discount within 14 days of arrival.
In addition to this property, Oceanside Village has much to offer during your visit. Within the
village, you’ll find the Oasis and Hickory Grove indoor and outdoor pool, kids water splash park,
hot tubs, fitness center, playgrounds, as well as courts/fields for volleyball, baseball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, pickleball, tennis and basketball. Catch and release fishing is also permitted in designated areas on the property, as well as surf fishing on the beach with a saltwater fishing license, which can be purchased at . Guests are also welcome to utilize the Community Center and Millie Durgan Library during their stay.
