Beautifully maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath pier home located just one street from the beach. This fully furnished vacation home offers the perfect coastal getaway with a spacious front deck featuring outdoor furniture, a grill, and partial ocean views. Guests can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze from the comfort of the upper deck.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, television, and private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, dresser, and television. Additional sleeping accommodations are located just inside the entryway with a daybed and pull-out trundle, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate additional guests. Television is also available in that room. The hall bathroom has been completely remodeled and includes a walk-in shower. Hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms for guest convenience.
The spacious living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, a television, free WIFI, and an electric fireplace that is perfect for cooler fall evenings. Ceiling fans are located throughout the home for added comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for meal preparation, including a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, regular coffee maker, and Keurig coffee maker.
For added convenience, guests have access to a side-by-side washer and dryer.
Outside, the home features a concrete driveway, covered seating area underneath the house, and an outdoor shower — ideal after a day at the beach.
